The mission of The Hayward Center for Education & Career's Counseling Program is to facilitate and support the academic achievement, personal/social well being, and career developmental pathways for every student through the use of data-driven and results-oriented programs.  The Counseling Program is committed to enhancing the individual uniqueness and personal strengths of each student to help them maximize their potential to become responsible, caring, and productive citizens.
