    Our Vision

    The Hayward Center for Education and Careers will work to ensure that students have the academic education, literacy and job skills training required to compete in the workforce, reach their full potential, succeed as productive workers and citizens, and achieve self-sufficiency. 

     

    This goal will be accomplished through a student-focused partnership of educators, employers (service, city, county, and private agencies), economic development groups, and educational institutions all working together to meet the needs of students and employers. 

     

    We support the broader educational endeavors of the Hayward Unified School District and strive to advance the economic well-being of the region by developing and maintaining a skilled workforce in the Hayward Community.
